conjunctions

yesterday I had writing work shop with Mrs Akkerman about conjunction. conjunctions are words that join two sentences so that it make it more interesting, here are some of the ones that I did:

The young boy reached out to touch the lizard, although the lizard scattered away.
The chameleon flicked out it's tongue,as though it was hoping for some after noon tea. 
The old lady poured a cup of tea, before she could catch up with her son and his family.

The yellow means it a conjunction, these are some subordinating conjunction:where, because, until, before, as though, although, after, since, as, so that, while and when.
And these are coordinating conjunctions,and, but and or.

              A hug heat wave hits Australia!


A hug heat wave hit new south wales Australia. Saturday the 10th of February, it was the hottest day ever. 
"As some one say it's like  opening an oven door."
Many people hit the beach, as the water was the only place to find relief.But with no sea breeze, the temperatures hit  47degc in some areas. Almost 40 people hospitalised with heat stroke, while 8 kids and a dozen pet were rescued from locked cars.

Today I did fractions with Mrs Akkerman and it was about camp first we had to find  out the question then simple fie the answer it was quit hard to do it at first but then I got the hang of it. 
Here is an e.g.
27/36=3/4 because :9 go into both numbers so you derived 9 with  27=3 and then derived 9 with 36=4 so it=3/4

kiwi kids news waikato get online doctors

Up to 400,000 people living in waikato can now speak to a family doctor online at night  or over the weekend. The free out-of-hours service is the latest step by the local=- district of health board. It gives people the option of having something on their phone that they just press a button and they can talk to a doctors and the doctor will say actually hang up and dial 111 or actually that is not an emergency I can send you a scrip for that which you can get filled out in the morning.



The new service is available from 6 a.m to 11 p.m Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m to 8 p.m on the weekends to waikato residents who have been into a local hospital and signed up.

Pua cast his line from the dinghy and it snagged straight away. Uncle tried to help but him reel it in but it wouldn’t budge. Suddenly the skies turned grey, the sea got choppy and a giant pirate ship bubbled up from the deaths of the ocean, dwarfing uncles dingy. “Uncle you know how I said that I would catch you diner dose a pirate ship count.”Oh cool I can see a sword on top of  a terser castis, oh and hey uncle can we keep the ship only if we share wherever we find with the village, then yes. pua and his uncle looked in the chest and there was millions and millions of dollars. Pua and his uncle set sail home were pua's mum and dad were waiting for them.

When puas friend Bob sore the ship he ran to the beach. “I think we should go round the world” pua yelled to the beach,

“can me and my family come to”Bob yelled back to the ship “of course they can come.” puas uncle said “we’ll buy a jinmass manchand bout and live the ship here so the villagers can go out fishing and get food supplies on it will we're going round the world. If we live the ship here there will lots of surprise for when we get back.

When they were on their way back home they came upon a jimmass octerpose and tried to kill them but pua still had the sword that he found and chopped the octerpose into bits and then  they had a life serpil squid rings.
