Today I learnt to my math goal.
My goal is to order fraction smallest to biggest.
Most people think that the biggest fraction is is the one with the biggest denominator like 5/8 that actually a very small fraction. But the biggest fraction the denominator can be any number but the numerators is a small number like 2/8 that a big fraction.
Here are some fraction that you could try and order them from smallest to biggest.
7/8, 5/10, 6/8, 2/9, 4/10
5/10 and 1/2 are the same thing.

R.E Refliction
This week Arha tahi had to retail the last supper. I have heard and seen the supper so many times so I now it quite well. I feel good because I have used paragraphs and speech marks. With speech marks a used to not start a new line but now I do. One thing I'll remember is something I learnt in my group was to not start a new paragraphs unless the first sentences has to contents with the paragraphs before. This is the video we watched for

R.E faith of the centurion
Faith of the centurion
This weeks R.E was the scripture story "faith of the centurion".
Our learning intention was for RE was to understand how the scripture tough us to live. For writing our learning intention was to use a text scripture that appropriate to the purpose. Our reading intention was to make connections between my prior knowledge and the content examples in a text in order to understand abstract ides in the text. I am proud of my self because I have use depicted langue and use paragraphs.

My old term 2 writing goals
My old term 2 writing goal that I can do now was to revise, edit and clarify meaning in response to feedback given from my teacher or learning partner.

cycle safety
Today Aroha tahi had there 2nd cycle safety lesson, this one was their 1st one riding a bike.
First we were inside learning about the ABC and what its about. The ABC is some thing you should do before you get on your bike The A stains for air in both the tyres. You should push your thumb on both your tyres the back and front. If your tyres are rock soled and you cant push into them they might pop when your riding, unless their high pressure tyres. The B stains for brakes you have to check both of you brakes the front and the back. The C stains for chain, your has to be oily and glossy, if it organ and Browne you need to put so sort of oil on it. After that we did 1,2,4 and then we did the set checks and then we did head set checks.
I think over all the bike safety was really good and I think they should do it with middle school and down but they should just not go on the road.

writing
This week I did my writing goal.
My writing goal is to interdependently revise and rework my writing by inserting and adding detail, crossing out unnecessary parts using a dictionary or thesaurus.
I can do my old writing goal and that to revise,edit and clarify meanings in response to feedback given from my teacher or learning partner.
Reading
This week I also did my reading goals.
My reading goal is to make connections between my prior knowledge and the concrete examples in text in order to understand abstract ideas in the text.
I can do my old goal and that to understand words and phases that I read can have figurative as well as literal meanings. To slow down when I'm reading aloud and to use the self correcting skills I have been taught to help me.
