cycle safety

Today Aroha tahi had there 2nd cycle safety lesson, this one was their 1st one riding a bike.
First we were inside learning about the ABC and what its about. The ABC is some thing you should do before you get on your bike The A stains for air in  both the tyres. You should push your thumb on both your tyres the back and front. If your tyres are rock soled and you cant push into them they might pop when your riding,  unless their high pressure tyres. The B stains for brakes you have to check both of you brakes the front and the back. The C stains for chain, your has to be oily and glossy, if it organ and Browne you need to put so sort of oil on it. After that we did 1,2,4 and then we did the set checks and then we did head set checks.
I think over all the bike safety was really good and I think they should do it with middle school and down but they should just not go on the road.
